Brittany Dugas

Brittany brings 10 years of experience working with preschool-aged children, with a particular focus on supporting toddlers as they explore and learn. She cherishes the moments when toddlers light up with joy, whether through a favorite book or a familiar face. Brittany believes every day provides opportunities for children to make connections and grow in their understanding of the world around them. Her genuine passion for early childhood development is complemented by her degree in Child Development. Outside of her professional life, Brittany enjoys interior design, visiting local coffee shops, and watching women’s sports in her free time.

Eleana

Eleana is a dedicated professional with experience in working with children ranging from newborns to 5 years of age. She is skilled in supporting children of all ages and abilities, with a strong passion for fostering their care and wellbeing. Eleana takes a hands-on approach to her work, ensuring that each child receives the personalized attention they need to thrive while celebrating their milestones and achievements. Currently, Eleana is pursuing her studies at Kennesaw State University (KSU), where she continues to expand her knowledge and skills.

Grecia

With over 10 years of diverse experience working with children of all ages, Grecia brings a compassionate and empathetic approach to her role. Her extensive experience, combined with her bilingual skills in English and Spanish, allows her to effectively connect with children and families from a variety of backgrounds. Grecia is passionate about giving back to her community, both locally in Georgia and internationally. She actively volunteers with a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children in her home country of Peru.

Kayla

Kayla is the newest member of the FPC PDO team, bringing 6 years of experience in early childhood education. She has a passion for working with children ages 6 months to 2 years old and finds joy in watching them grow and interact with the world around them. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys painting, reading, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Michelle

Michelle is the Toddler Room Assistant with 3 years of experience working with both babies and toddlers. She finds joy in the unique challenges and rewards that come with caring for children of all ages. Known for her patience and kind demeanor, Michelle strives to connect with each child individually to foster a nurturing environment. As a bilingual professional, she is passionate about supporting students by using their native language in educational settings.

Bethany - Big Kid Room Assistant

With 7 years of experience in education and childcare, Bethany has had the privilege of working with children of all ages, but she particularly enjoys connecting with older toddlers as they begin to express their unique personalities. Bethany thrives in creating an environment where children can explore their creativity and curiosity, especially through sensory-engaged art projects that allow them to learn and grow in a hands-on way. Her patience and understanding make her especially skilled at guiding children through big emotions, offering a calm and supportive presence that fosters trust and growth. Outside of work, Bethany loves to unwind with a good book, spend time hiking in nature, and bake delicious treats with her family.

Anna - Baby Room Assistant

Anna has over 15 years of experience in education. She holds a Bachelor's in Elementary Education and a Master's in Educational Leadership. Her career includes 9 years of classroom teaching, 4 years as an instructional coach, and 2 years working in preschool education. Anna is passionate about helping children of all ages grow in their understanding of the world. She finds joy in supporting both students and teachers in their learning journeys. Outside of work, Anna is a proud mom to two beautiful girls, which influences her approach to education and deepens her dedication to supporting the well-being of children.

Rebecca - Big Kid Room Assistant

Becca has a natural love for working with children and brings years of hands-on experience to her role at Parent’s Day Out.  She has worked with children from newborns to age ten in both classroom and home settings facilitating engaging activities such as reading, outdoor play and crafts. Becca is currently finishing her degree in Early Childhood Education at Liberty University and is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and caring environment for every child she works with.
